We have been engaged in timeshare resale as licensed real estate brokers for more than 27 years. We specialize in the ownership and resale of point-based timeshare interests. We have the lowest commission rates in the resale business. In the last 27 years, we have sold and closed thousands of point-based timeshare resale transactions nationwide and internationally. All Closings are handled by our staff ensuring all customer service needs are met. Being in this business since 1991, we have established credibility with the developers. We have made numerous contacts to assist us in processing the change of ownership. All deeds and transfer documents have to meet the Resort Developer’s final approval. All funds are deposited into the real estate escrow account. No funds are released until we have been notified by the developer that the ownership change is complete. Closings for a deeded interest are usually completed within 180 days. WorldMark by Wyndham transfers from beginning to end are usually completed within 120 days.
