IMPORTANT UPDATES ON YOUR WYNDHAM TIMESHARE

Some owners are receiving calls purporting to be from Wyndham concerning the use of your points bought on the resale market, i.e. from owners like yourself.  They say they are going to be making changes to your contract.  NONE OF THIS IS TRUE!!! It happens every year and whether or not the sales pitch is coming from Wyndham or some other source, the rights to a timeshare contract DO convey to new owners and can never be changed. Unilateral changes to any contract, whether a timeshare, a car, a home, a loan no matter.. are illegal and cant be done. Both parties to any contract must agree to any changes.

You have the same rights as the original owners and that will never change as long as you own it and also any subsequent owners to you.
